SLASH ( Design System Axa)
SLASH is the Axa design system for internal applications. it’s the main tool for both designers and software developpers.
The Axa Design system Slash is a library of all the resources, rules, codes, components and guidelines that govern what can be displayed by an AXA product developed with it.
Its objective is to harmonize user experiences, interfaces, developments, iteratively on all the digital tools using it and providing a toolbox that is vast and malleable enough to meet everyone’s needs and uses.
My Role
I lead the design of Slash Axa Design sytem between September 2021 and June 2022 and collaborated with UX Guild to design the product and all of the features.
- Update the current design system
– Identify / Add custom components (creation of components on AXURE and Figma + guidelines + dev recipe)
– Update component libraries (Axure / Sketch / Figma)
– Update the UX guidelines (Writing and Implementation)
-Accessibility: evaluation and optimization of current components
– Recipe dev of components - Governance design system
– Propose a UX/DEV operating mode (current tools version + new tools version)
– Participation in UX / devs synchro points
– Accompany the UX in the handling and application of the design system - Communications
– Acculturate developers to UX and the sharing of ux/front best practices
