IT-CE MyWay
MyWay is the main banking workstation for « Caisse d’epargne », « Crédit Foncier », « La banque BCP » et « Crédit Coopératif ».
It was deployed for more than 54000 user ( different bank specialites) who used more than 250 banking applications.
My Role
The best project i ever work on it, and the longest one, not 1 or 2, but 4 Years. From 2016 to 2020.
I start the mission by working with an ergonomic commity on the Design System. Late 2017 i began monitoring projects teams by facilating workshops, prototyping, helping developers, testing user interfaces and gathering kpi to know what’s good and what’s need to improve.
i was the referent designer on MyWay in France.
